I created a spreadsheet this year to help me get my act together. Last year we (me and the primary presidency) all flew by the seat of our pants and this year I wanted to take the reins and PLAN AHEAD. It's been so nice to at least have an idea for the 47 singing times, opening, closing, and reverent songs that I have to plan for. Yes, I would also LOVE some details on the activities you listed! Are they used for learning the new song? or the other songs listed?
Thanks for posting this!
