I know some of you have posted about this on yahoo. I'm going to use Miracle Sing tomorrow (for the first time) and I thought I'd ask if anyone has any good success stories.
I have one squirt bottle for each teacher so I don't have to run around the room. I thought I'd have the teachers squirt when we need a shot of Miracle Sing to sing better. And I'll do that several times as they review HFAF.
Simple, but it's Jr. kids so I didn't want to make it too complicated. Any advice?

The only thing I would suggest is to use the Miracle Sing as a reward for singing well. . . not to help kids sing better when they're not singing well. Otherwise, they will all try to not sing well in order to get squirted.

I also want to incorporate Miracle sing into my singing time and here are the changes I will make for my preferences - I will explain to the children the idea that we make a miracle every time we come to church and sing with joy and thanksgiving. When we sing like that its like saying a prayer and it invites the spirit of God into the room. That strengthens our bodies and actually makes us healthier. So its like a miracle every time we come and sing with enthusiasm, joy and gratitude. That's the part that's true. The part that we are going to pretend is called Miracle sing.
We start out with only water in miracle sing, but when I see someone singing with joy and enthusiasm, I will give him a spray of Miracle sing, and some of the water will leave, but some of the joy and gratitude and love of the singer will fill up the bottle. So by the end of singing time, this miracle sing bottle will be bursting with love and joy and the happiness of singing. When I fill it with water again, the gratitude and joy of your singing will still be in there and every time we use the miracle sing, it will receive more of your love and joy of your singing voices.

My primary LOVES miracle sing. I call it "Magic singing spray" and children get a squirt when they are singing well, and it helps them keep it up and sing even better. We have a large primary (over 100 kids), but I have just one bottle and when I bring it I ask another adult (either a teacher or presidency member) to be my "squirter" so I can just work on singing with the kids. I use clear koolaid - I think it's called invisible? and it is amazing how well they will sing just to get one squirt! I've used it maybe once a month or less - usually on a review day. Hope this info helps!
