In our ward we have all the primary children for singing/sharing time at once on the 5th Sundays. We have it this way so that all the primary teachers can go to the combined RS/Priesthood. Only problem with this is that this means we have children from 3-11 that I am trying to motivate to sing. Whenever I plan my singing time I make huge adjustments between Jr and Sr primary. I was wondering if anyone had a good idea for a singing time for all of primary. Most of my ideas would either be too juvenile for the older children or way to advanced for Jr primary.

A friend in another ward suggested to me once to bring an audio recording device. You can tape record them singing and then play it back for them, and then challenge them to do better. I haven't tried it yet, but I think all of our kids will like it!
You could do "Name that Tune," or you could have the junior primary come up to the front to sing a wiggle song, and the seniors could practice being supportive and quiet.
I wonder if it would work if you let a few of the senior primary kids brainstorm and teach a song to everyone else?
Good luck!
